How this app handles your data
This app stores the personal information you enter so it can show your history, trends, period summaries, and optional AI reflections back to you. It is built for private account-based use, not public sharing.

If you use optional AI features, the app may send selected journal entries, metrics, and summaries to the configured AI provider in order to generate reflections or guidance. Those features are optional and should never be treated as medical or scientific advice.
